Composer's Union proposed to combat eroding fees

Hi Everybody,As the Rally was wrapping up, I noticed a lot of discussion about the erosion of licensing fees and generally the "perceived value" of film/tv music. Check out this article, and consider attending the meeting in Burbank if you're in the LA area.
