Performing Musicians' Release Form Needed . . .

Hi folks.I just got back from taking a look at this thread concerning copyright issues vs. performing musicians:

Also, any good rules-of-thumb for me before swimming out into these waters would be deeply appreciated as well.Thanks a bunch!Arthur James

you can go to my website....www.simonparkersongs.com....under resources, legal forms, I should have a very basic form posted that should meet your needs.

Hey Steve and Barry:Thanks for stopping by!. BBB - I'm not as web savy as I should be (read that as: I'm getting old)...It should be a word document but appears that I saved it as RTF. I'll check into it. If anyone needs a copy of the document, I can e-mail it to them. I'll also try linking it to PDF. Thx for the heads up!
