There are people who do it but it will put you in breach of contract with both PRO's. Not a place I would be comfortable in personally.Also it won't really let you get the higher royalty rate; you could get part of the higher royalty rate if you registered each song as a 50/50 co-write between you and "your wife", but that's about all.In the end I doubt it would be worth putting yourself in legal jeopardy for; if you have a wide range of music and placements then the differences between the two PRO's will even themselves out.
