Singer Release Form

Hey All,I'm hiring a singer in a couple of days who should do a good vocal on a song I wrote for a Taxi listing.Question: What kind of release form should I have him sign describing that I paid him for the session, but that I own all the other rights henceforth?Thanks in advance,Ern
