Re-writes

Hi allI saw something in a thread about a library asking for a re-write. As yet I don't know much about libraries but want to be prepared! It would seem that when a library has a listing with TAXI and a forward has been screened, a re-write would never be an issue for a given track. They got what they asked for. But I am guessing this may not be the case sometimes as I saw it mentioned elsewhere on the forum. Is this a common thing? Or do songwriters and composers generally hold out for not changing the track?ThanksKeith
