Recommended metadata editor?

Hi there. I use Apple MacBook Pro and Pro Tools 11 and when I bounce tracks to MP3 system gives pop up where I can put meta data such artist name, contact info etc. However after I've filled such data and I open track via iTunes, this metadata is not shown correctly. In fact I can only see part of my e-mail and artist name but most info is left out.

How can I verify for sure that the meta data is filled in correctly?
Do you have any specific application that you recommend for filling in meta data instead of PT 11?

Taxi has replied to me that Taxi will maintain metadata for files they forward but perhaps I could add more detailed meta data if I'd do it myself already when submitting the track..

How you do this?

Thanks in advance!

Metadatics (http://www.markvapps.com/metadatics)

I also had some of your questions, they were answered well in http://forums.taxi.com/topic133414.html

Wow great thank you! Nice program indeed... just tested it with few of my tracks and iTunes "Get Info" at least shows all my filled meta data just OK.

Any tips on a metadata editor for *sigh* Windows?
Actually, it may already be in my old Sony ACID 5.0, in the opening window, when starting a new project, but I'm still unclear on that, or how to read metadata once I've mixed music down to an mp3.
Thanks for any help on the subject!

For Windows, I like this freeware for entering metadata. It's very easy to use, just right click on the mp3 or wav and enter the info.

Here's a tip, UNCHECK all of the file-type boxes during installation. Otherwise it causes Windows Explorer to crash now and then.
