I've been here a lot lately, and you guys have helped a ton. Like seriously, I love this community and you guys are awesome.

Anyways, my sound output is just completely not working on my mac for some reason.

What I've tried:

-Restarting my computer
-Unplugging my AudioBox and replugging it in (garageband did it's 'internalizing core audio' animation)
-Switching the inputs/outputs around and back again in garageband
-Switching the inputs/outputs around in the system preferences

Any ideas on what else I could do?

Have you determined whether or not the sound problem is only in a particular garageband project, or does the sound not work in any programs at all, like quicktime or whatever you play a wav or aiff file?

If it is only a particular garageband project, then perhaps you inadvertently muted a track or the stereo output, or something.

I've many times routed a midi track improperly to a plugin and various routing mistakes and thought it was the system audio, but it wasn't.
