Books or Pro Tools Tutorials

About a year ago, I bought a used Mac desktop along with a Digi Rack and Pro Tools was already installed on the mac.
I am really struggling with this part. We live in a University town and I have half the mind to go put a flyer up at the Music Hall on campus, asking for help to learn this beast. Basically I am saying I would pay someone, but I really want to do this myself.
Before I do that, I think I might pick up a cheap copy of Pro Tools for Dummies by Jeff Strong. Has anybody read that book? Is there other books you would recommend?

I had NO idea what I was getting myself into with this big project. My mind really doesn't work this way at all.
Thanks,
Tera

https://www.udemy.com/pro-tools/ it's $10.99 for one day more scroll down a little and there's 2 courses for $19.98

These are videos, and the three courses I have, have been really excellent.

Thanks, Len. 10.99 for one day, what does that mean? Also, I am using a outdated version of Pro Tools but I'll do a bit more research.

it goes back to regular price. The videos should give you an easy method to Pro Tools, whether old or new, and if you download the manual for your version, should fill you in on the differences.
