Has a screener/client asked you to revise your production?

I'm wondering if in your experience a screener or client said something along the lines of "I like your music, but the mix needs to be tweaked, bump up the volume of the drums," or if initial submissions are always the final word...

For a given listing, it's one shot. You can make revisions and submit for later listings, of course.
There really can't be a revise/submit chain of events. It would go on forever, with countless arguments, and way too much time taken up by Taxi screening staff. So take your best shot for a given listing and on to the next. As good friends of mine say: Write, Submit, Forget, Repeat.
Best,

Casey

Right on. I've seen listings that are a repost of a previous listing. Seems like a lot of time involved to re-run a listing if something can be quickly fixed in the mix.

It's normal for LIbraries to send you edit requests for a submission, they are usually quite specific things like ' turn the bass up' or ' make it louder'
Others are more general, like adding more edit points etc

Whensubmitting through Taxi listing, I don't think you'll see any request for revisions, however when working directly with libraries, it more common. I do revisions all the time. But I have my limits.
