Recommend budget 1 mix studio in U.S.

Can anyone recommend a budget 5.1 mix studio located in the U.S...?
We have a 32 minute movie with a stereo mix including music and dialog etc. I've heard that a budget solution is to convert that to 5.1, rather than going back to the underlying tracks.
I'm not set up for this at my studio, either creating or reviewing. We found some very reputable solutions by people we trust, but we are short on time and money for this at the moment... next project we'll budget for it for sure!
