I need an full-PRODUCER like a cure for my terminal demo-itis

I need a producer who can actually create and give me the individual stems, then the full instrumental so I can record my vocals here, and have them sent to you to produce the final and complete song, please.
One who will prodcuce the song for $1100 or less.
I will give you an example of what kind of producer I want to hire.
