Up until this most recent update 9. whatever, PC users could simply right click on a song and the option was right there "Create MP3 Version", it's not there anymore, now you have to go to >Advanced in the tool bar and it is there.
You of course have to set what you want to convert to in "Import settings" under "Preferences".

It took me a bit to find it, so I wanted to save y'all some time.

Ya I ran into that little snag right after I updated my iTunes player and did the right click "Hey; what the h#ch is going on!!" Seems like they upgraded a simple process into a complicated one.
