Problems uploading to taxi hosting

Hi, i have some songs on taxi hosting but I was trying to upload a few more and cannot. I am using cool edit to cut and re mp3 at 192. Does anyone use cool edit and do you know what format I should be saving in cool edit? there are 2 different mp3 formats. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Sandi
