Hey all,Im finally going to start recording straight to the PC. Im old school,I record to a workstation and import tracks to mix on pc.Ive decided to move up. What is a great soundcard? I dont need very many inputs but I want superior soundquality.Price really isnt an issue either. Ive found over the years that cheap aint good!!Any suggestions?Matt`

Apogee is at the top of the line. Some of their stuff is Mac only.RME is very very good as well.Either one will do a great job for you.Have fun shopping!!Mazz

M-Audio makes some very good and affordable soundcards that are not cheap. Big difference between cheap and inexpensive. I'm always shopping for a deal and I've saved a buttload of money doing so and building a fully functional studio. Check them out at M-Audio website.Jude 2
