What do the screeners listen with?

This might be a silly question, but does anyone know what the screeners use to listen to the submissions? Is there a standard?Bresky

They use some kind of headphones. Maybe Sony but I can't remember. There was a post like this a few months ago and the exact model of headphones was posted in one of the replies. Try doing a search on it.-Steve

http://www.taxi.com/abouts/webcam.htmlSeriously though, not sure about the model of the headphone but I don't think it will make much of a difference what model, its just helpful to know they are listening in cubicles with headphones instead of on a surround sound system or some other set up.

There was a post a while back that stated that the screeners used Sony MDR 7506 headphones.

What I meant was, what software do they use to listen? I'm guessing that they're not using Windows Media......ThanksBresky

The screeners use quicktime for the most part.
