I have been configuring my laptop for the studio. My CPU is a 1.4Ghz Intel Celeron. I have been having a time trying to nail down the system requirements to run ProTools. Does anyone know if my CPU can handle it?Thanks in advanceArkJacques

I don't have an answer as to minimum processor speed, but in the MIDI latency thread, someone posted a Sound on Sound link of tweaks you can make to XP to make your audio programs run smoother. Worth checking out.

Digidesign always has very specific system requirements, ArkJacques. I can't give you the direct link, but look for "compatibility" under Support on their site and you'll find it.
