I`ve been offered a job in a small studio! However, he has no mics (just 58s for rehearsals), an analogue Mackie desk and a Fostex D2424! I figure if I use my Firewire interface to hook the desk up to my laptop I won`t be needing the Fostex at all so I can sell it and buy mics!Just wondering if you think someone might buy it with the digital reolution and all? If so, how much do you reckon I might get for it? It`s goin for €1500 (avg. $2000) on www.thomann.de!!!Thanks guys!

By the way, I forgot to add, it`s currently broken and I`ve never used 1 b4 so I dunno wots wrong wit it! I haven`t lookedat it yet but the guy who owns it says it turns on, and ya can playback from it but ya cant record onto it or sumtin like dat! Sumone told him dat dey mite have pressed a button and erased the memory on it! They mentioned puttin in a cd to install the memory back on it!! Can sum1 clarify this please cos neither of us have a clue?
