I purchased the $19.95 MP3 option for my protools. I have imported MP3 files..today I tried to bounce a song to an MP3 file in order to send it...I got this message back..The MP3 option cannot be enabled because module initialization failed for.MP3.dll. The MP3 demo period may have expired..Does this mean when I download the MP3 option I did something incorrectly so the export function doesnt work? If so suggestions? Its almost impossible to get someone on phone at digidesign..so I appreciate the help here.

Never mind..after spending 45 minutes on hold I finally got a tech support person who determined the issue was compatibility with the old software I had been sent with the newest I had downloaded. He walked me through to fix it.
