I recently submitted two songs to a gospel listing. The songs were returned with the critique that a humming segment that opened the tune was too long and that I should write a couple verses. While I totally see what the screener is saying and agree with his assessment I had just had some interest from a music library and at their suggestion I re-edited the song to include the humming part and get right to the chorus. I can't seem to get the songs to upload to this forum so if anybody can help in that area that would be appreciated as well. In the mean time I think you can look me up at Mike Harvey, Suite204Music and listen to Waymaker and Waymaker Film/TV. I also submitted Welcome and would be grateful for any feedback on that one.
