I've just finished this thinking of the listing for contemporary folk. Do you think it fits the genre well? What about the production quality? I feel it could be better but also that in this genre it may be stylistically acceptable to have a slightly rougher sounding recording. Thoughts would be so appreciated! Thank you in advance!

I just looked into the Songwriters Nook and saw your post. I see it was a month ago, so probably too late for feedback for your listing. You'll get more action in the Peer-to-Peer section of the forum for this sort of thing. But I'm listening to the song and I think it could work in the contemporary folk genre. Did you submit it?
