FWIW: I really like it. I can envision hearing this at The Opry or on CMT. IMHO it really has crossover appeal, and could fit Americana or Country very well.
For pitching-purposes - it would need to sound like it would fit within a playlist of the reference tracks presented as examples of what the client is looking for.
If this is a worktape... you might be wise to not do much to finalize it, so that you could still tweak the instrumentation, if that's all it needs to fit the criteria of a listing.
