Story Behind The Song Reference

Hi Forum Friends, I know i'm not often in the songwriters nook here on the forum, but this section seemed to be the most appropriate section to place this post, and it wouldn't surprise me if it has been posted once or twice before....but just in case.....FYI - I came across this cool website called www.songfacts.com where you can type in the name of the song and get the story behind the song and other little tidbits. It seems to only have mostly rather popular songs on it, but it's really cool for some of those songs with really obscure lyrics, or just fun to know what was going on in the writer's life or mind as they created these songs. It has been useful to me as a performer but also has given me a few ideas for writing too- different spins on topics, etc.
