Reply time vs. posting close date?

Post by will » Mon Aug 25, 2008 10:08 pm

I applied to my first TAXI listing a few weeks ago. The listing was to stop taking submissions August 28. What is the common response time? Is there a common response time? Does TAXI always wait until the close date to send any replies to all those who applied? This was a listing with critique provided, does that make a difference?(Picture a puppy that wants to play)

Seems like it's usually one to three weeks after the listing closes.

What is the common response time? 3 to 5 weeks, averaging 4 weeks. I am still waiting for a reply to submissions I made with the deadline of 31Aug.Is there a common response time? Yes. everyone hears at the same time.Does TAXI always wait until the close date to send any replies to all those who applied? TAXI waits to the close date to start screening the submissions. Nothing is screened until the deadline is passed. This was a listing with critique provided, does that make a difference? Might take a few days longer... I think the length of time depends on the number of submissions and the availability of screeners.HTH!
