Is the Road Rally @ the same Marriot every year?

I see the 2019 dates were announced and I'm looking into getting on my list of to dos for 2019.

Its worth waiting for Taxi to give you a discount code. I wouldn't book it yet. Although I would say you won't regret the investment.

It is the Westin but Marriot owns Westin now. They bought all the Starwood hotels a few years ago.
