RR24 Dates

I know it's a tad early, but I was wondering is the Road Rally on the 1st of November through the 3rd, or is it the week after, 8th through the 10?

I do think the dates posted here are correct based on how previous years were done BUT I wouldn't make any hard reservations (non-refundable/changeable) until the official word comes from Taxi. I would like to find out the dates as early as possible too. I have a lot of things going on in my musical and nonmusical life, so if I can block out the dates early it would be appreciated.
