For anyone who hasn't been to the TAXI Road Rally before and stayed at the Westin,

I made this very short video of my messy hotel room for my girlfriend back in UK.

Was very comfortable accommodation and great to be based 'on site'.

Bumped in to many significant individuals in the lift and the lobby. It's also great to be able to pop back to my room between sessions to freshen up, grab a drink or get more paper to write on!

Sadly, can't make it this year as my sister gets married that very weekend. Next year I hope!

I know, I know. And (sadly) that's a very real statistic. They're a great couple tho' so hopin' they'll be just fine

Loved the video - your room looked just like mine!!

Bad luck about the clash of dates. I feel your pain. (A good friend of mine managed to get tickets for a Rugby World Cup match, but then another family member organised their wedding for the same night!! Her son is gutted!)

There's always next year.

It's funny I'm still working from notes I made at the 2009 rally! That's how great it is.
