Dots,Well it was my first rally and I really had a great time. I had some important meetings at work thursday and friday, so I missed some of it (including the mentor stuff). However, it was cool meeting you and I appreciate how supportive and encouraging everyone was about my material. One of the panelists said "The harder you work, the luckier you get," and that's going to be my motto this year. Of course, I'm already a bit of a workaholic, so I have to be careful. There was also some discussion about forwards and it went like this: "There's forwards and then there's the top tier of forwards."The top forwards are the ones that get the call almost every time. So that's really where the bar is, not just to meet the listing requirement, but to blow it away. That was helpful to hear...Anyway, looking forward to a successful year to report about at the next rally! Jeff
