Taxi 2013 - Already planning

Hi Guys,
Im already planning my trip to LA for Novembers 2013 rally.
It's important to start early because I live in Czech Republic, so I must prepare flights and hotels etc, quite early on.
Anyone know when we will hear about dates for Taxi 2013 ? Perhaps how can I find out how to register my 2 tickets for the roster ?
This will be our first rally; really looking forward to it !!!
