Not fair Anna!
You didn't list your top 3 FIRST! :P

1. SIMPLIFY what I've been doing in order to help out the editors when they are cutting up a tune
2. Heavier Compression than what I've previously produced
3. Generate as much music as possible

Those first two were great classes! I didn't catch Ronan's, but I heard great things. Hopefully it will run again next year!

Haha! I'm still deciding!

Good 3. Did the second one come out of Ronan Chris Murphy's class, or was that something you just noticed in general?

By seeing the tracks that were being used in the "How Video Editors Choose and Use Music" with Laurel Mick Ostrander
(Hip Hop/Dramedy/EDM) They were all Slammed (Heavy Compression/Peaking Monitor Levels)

Well - for me - it really can be narrowed down to just one; having heard the advice:
"Find a place/space to do your best music/work."

And so - I woke up this morning with a renewed urgency to put RELOCATE - SOON at the top of my to-do list.
I can't really implement anything else I've gleaned until that is accomplished.
(Are you listening, Santa? I think I've been behaving myself.) :? :)

I'm just a tad envious of my buddy Cass... who lives in a place where he can make all the noise
(er, uh - great new music played loudly) he wants! :? :)

In the words of Dick Tracy -
"Okay, Chief - I'll get on it right away!" :)

1. Laurel Mick Ostrander telling us what works for editors. Fantastic.

2. Ronan Chris Murphy explaining compression in a way that even I could understand.

3. Chuck Henry: Don't overthink.

4. Various panel members: It's a business. Be businesslike.

Oh... you said 3... Oops.
