Hi Charlie.
This is the first time/year I've heard of there being such a thing as a discount code. Previously, you just make your reservation by calling in, and letting the person know that you are a TAXI Member and want the Road Rally discount. If they won't honor that quote over the phone - which you don't pay & prove until you check out anyway - then you may want to call into the TAXI office to get that code info. In the past, all you need to do is show your rally badge at check-in/check-out. $137 + tax was the discount rate last year.
