I thought I read the date somewhere on this forum but can't find it now. Best thing to do after the holiday is give Taxi a call and ask. I'm not sure if it's Nov 2 or Nov 9.

Hey Taxi Members!

New to Taxi and have plans to attend the RR for the first time. A lot of conventions/events that I plan to or have attended in the past are kind of already well up on their schedule of events and so forth a year in advance. I know Taxi mentioned again in the email that they will release more info on everything that’s to take place as we get closer but book our trips now…

With respect to the fact that we have to coordinate other elements of life to make ourselves available to travel across the country, does anyone who may have previous RR experience know roughly how close we have to wait before they typically release this info?

I want to go especially to network, but I really want to take advantage of being present in the classes and speaker rooms. However, depending on the scheduling of those events and who/what will be presented on which dates, it would really influence whether or not it would be worth me going as my travel dates would likely be the 2nd and the 5th, so the 3rd and 4th would be my only full days to get the most value. I know the 2nd is registration and nothing really gets scheduled that day but the last day in the 2022 schedule had some pretty good events that I would hate missing.

Any insight is greatly appreciated
