Master & Sync Demos..What To Pitch?

Hey Everyone,
I'm going to the Road Ralley this year and would like to get some feedback on the best way to present my material I'm a pop/rock/country songwriter and many of my demos were recorded in Nashville where I do not own the Master but own the publishing or some of it. If I'm submitting my music for film and tv or to a publisher can I present those songs even though I don't control 100%. It seems many of the pitches these days you have to own 100% for quick clearance. The material is strong and I'm a professional writer. I'm thinking pitch the best regardless..however any feedback would be great. Thanks for your time!
Cheers
