"BUBBLEGUM INDIE POP SONG" forward
I wrote it for another listing which was returned but made it through on this one...anybody else?http://www.taximusic.com/song.php?song_ ... "BUBBLEGUM" INDIE POP SONGS a la Feist's "1-2-3-4", Colbie Caillat's "Bubbly", Sara Bareilles' "Love Song", John Mayer's "Your Body Is A Wonderland", etc. are sought after by an East Coast Advertising Agency for major ad/commercial campaigns. Lyrics should be upbeat, positive, fun and light. Melodies can be a bit left-of-center, but still catchy and compelling. Broadcast quality is absolutely necessary for this one, but full tracks are acceptable as the edits will be made by the ad agency studio...

Really cool track RLD! Love the harmonies and great groove too! I'm not a singer/songwriter, so I didn't submit for this -- just wanted to tell ya that I loved the song. If you have a chance to remix it ever, I would say bring up the vocals some more!! They're so awesome but not upfront enough. Then again, it could just be my crappy computer speakers. lol!Great job!Chuck

Definitely a happy, bubbly tune! Good job! I agree about bringin up the vox next time you mix it, that'd help us hear the lyrics a bit better. Congratulations!

Thanks much folks... I took your advice and remixed with the vocals up a tad...Now I feel the piano is too "dark" so I'll probably do another mix. Even though the song has been forwarded, I'm still tweaking...It's a sickness!!!Andy,Yes, its me singing...I'm the sole writer/performer/producer on this and all my songs.
