"Japanese" music forwarded or is this for real?

Hello folks! I just received the email quoted below and wonder whether this could be for real.
I had a look at the site that was linked to, and thought it didn't look much different from all the other sites where "gold and green forests" (as they say in Swedish) are promised.
Does anybody have any experience of this site?
I also looked in my email inbox for listingresults@taximusic.com, but it looks like I haven't even received any listing results for this song yet.
BTW it's called Ha Yosiko Monosi and looking at my SUBMISSION HISTORY I could see it's still pending!
How did these guys find it? If it's still pending It seems unlikely that Taxi would have sent it to them
before contacting me???
The received mail letter here:
Hi Reguel,
Taxi sent us one of your Japanese tracks, which we like very much. We are looking to substantially expand our music library
with more Asian music, hence we would be interested in licensing any such music you wish to expand your commercial music
licensing for. To learn more about our company and how we work with vendor/artists, please visit:
PS, just to brag a little I have had 9 forwards since i joined TAXI in 2009 - is this good or mediocre? Or bad?
(this address has been deleted since I've been reminded that we shouldn't post the here. Sorry!)
Look forward to working with you!
Thanks and regards,
[signed with name & email address]
(I'm leaving out the sender's name & email, thinking I perhaps shouldn't reveal them???)
Very best wishes,
Stani
