Got the Funk! (again)
My tune "Don't Forget the Funk" was forwarded for a funk/soul listing:A range of FUNK/SOUL SONGS & INSTRUMENTALS from Booker T & the MGs to James Brown to Parliment to Prince (and everyone in between) are wanted by an Austrian Production Co. for an upcoming CD compilation to be released in Europe via a Major Label. Their deal includes a 5 year non-exclusive license as well as mechanical royalties paid based on the number of CD units sold. Great performances are essential. This one gets forwarded a lot. I also just sent it to an LA music library I contacted myself (more on that later).http://www.taximusic.com/song.php?song_ ... tream=1Get Fonkee!! Mazz

imagine if John Williams and Trent Reznor met at Bernard Hermann's for lunch and Brian Eno was the head chef!

RLD,Not familiar with Booker, but I definitely like the pace of the tune. I've always dug that kinda' groove in a song. Funky James tune is in there too! Love the horn work! Everbody's gettin' funky around here! I likes! Good job on both tunes! Congrats to ya'!!ibanez468
