Hello Forum Members I was wondering if you would help me out and post typical scores on the critiques you have received from Taxi for songs that have been forwarded - i.e. 9 & 10's, 8 to 10, etc. That would sure help me assess where I stand and how far I need to go. Thanks for you help! BOB

Hey Bob!
Many of my forwards (assuming they were fully critiqued) fell between 7-8. Then again, I've had songs rejected by taxi screeners that were signed into a library.
Generally speaking, you should be hitting the 7 - 8 mark pretty consistently to have a decent chance at a forward. On the flip side, you could have a killer track that's just not a good fit for what the listing asks for.
But that's just me ...
Good luck!!

Yes, ultimately the track needs to be on target for the listing.

absolutely.
the other side of it is many listings are just Y/N with no ratings. Not much feedback. making this peer review on the forum all the more useful to target a pitch, or to figure out what the heck went wrong if its returned.
