Sparse UNDERSCORE INSTRUMENTAL TRACKS are needed by a successful and growing Production Music Library for placements in Reality TV Shows. They’re actively trying to beef up their catalog with new Sparse Underscore Instrumentals in All Tempos. Give them current sounding cues that can help add tension, anticipation, sadness, mystery, or suspense, etc. to Reality TV scenes. Your tracks should be subtle enough to play effectively under dialogue. Please avoid Instrumentals that are overly dramatic or busy. Organic and electronic instruments could both work. For that matter, you could do hybrids that use both! Keyboards, guitars, percussion… anything is fair game, but you know what they say: “K.I.S.S.” Quoting the company’s executive: “It’s more about capturing a certain emotion like tension, anticipation or suspense, but in a minimal, yet effective manner. We DO NOT want anything big, overblown, or epic sounding. We’re also NOT looking for any ‘Dramedy’ style cues that are fun, cheesy, or have that sneaky, pizzicato feel.” Tracks with simple, understated instrumentation that can work for a number of different storylines and scenarios will help you get the attention of this Library. All submissions should be at least 60 seconds long. Buttoned endings and arrangements with easy edit points are recommended. Broadcast Quality is needed (great sounding home recordings are fine). Please do NOT include unauthorized samples of any other artists’ work or sounds in your Track. This company offers a buyout deal. You get paid an upfront fee for your tracks. The Music Library gets 100% EXCLUSIVE ownership of the Publishing and Master, and you keep 100% of the Writer’s share. You must own or control 100% of your Master and Copyright to submit for this pitch. All Instrumentals will be screened on a Yes/No basis. No full critiques. Please submit one to three Instrumentals Tracks online or per CD no later than FRIDAY, April 11th, 2014, by 4pm (PDT).

thanks!! (and, you're welcome!)

With that kind of description in the listing, I wasn't sure what might get forwarded either. Time will tell, if it is on target, or not.
