Hey all, I finally got my first forward; been a long road of learning (shout out to Dean Krippaehne for his helpful books). This was on listing S161111HM, a heavy metal cue... right up my alley!

Congrats to everyone else who's gotten to this point and accomplished way more. From what I've read, I shouldn't get my hopes up too much for the music library to contact me; just keep truckin'. But to those who have gotten deals, how long until after your initial forward did you get contacted by the company?

Thanks Taxi folks!!!

Hi Austin,

congrats on your first forward! Nothing feels better than validation. Proves to yourself that you CAN do it.

every situation is different, but you just have to keep truckin, in order to get to where you want to go.

Nice track by the way!

best

Hey Austin, congrats on your forward.

If you can do one you can do more - stick with it and keep your eye on the goal.

Thanks, Shenricks! Thanks, AlCompose! The guitar is my Schecter direct with a Waves gtr amp plug-in inserted, among other things. But that plug-in emulates a mic'd amp. So there I used the same amp on the L and R guitars, but I chose different "mics" for each.
