Cinematic underscore forward :)

Very happy to hear quick news on a forward for the listing below. This song was written specifically for the listing. I was almost expecting a return because it started atmospheric but it doesn't stay very subtle. :( If you want me to stay subtle, someone's going to have to take away my Rise Hit VST.

CINEMATIC UNDERSCORE INSTRUMENTALS with Modern Elements in a variety of styles are U-R-G-E-N-T-L-Y needed by a quickly expanding NON-Exclusive Music Library that already has a very long track record of TV and Film placements. They’re eagerly looking for a LOT of new Underscore pieces to add to their catalog. Please listen to the following references to get an idea of the broad range of styles that could work for this request: “To a Future with an End” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lBnxqiQY1Bc “All That Makes Us Human Continues” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UK75HA8nsaU “All Good Things” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GVVmJVNGmwM TAXI Tip: These references above were likely scored to picture and go through different moods, tempos, etc. because of scene changes. For this request, it’s best to stick to a singular motif and mood throughout your entire piece so your submission is cohesive and more usable! Please submit well-crafted Instrumentals that deliver a textural display of both classical and modern elements that blend in and out to create an engaging Underscore. The client is open to a variety of moods, styles, and tempos on this pitch, but asks that your pieces are subtle and atmospheric, and include a mix of classical and modern electronic elements. NOTE: This company is beefing up their catalog in a big way, so if they love what they hear from you, be prepared to have them ask you to send in 10 MORE Cues in the same style in a relatively short period of time. This could be a case in which submitting three Cues that are all “forward-able” is a good idea. It could show them you have the depth in your catalog. Your submissions should be at least 2:00 in length with good edit points and non-faded endings so that a Music or Picture Editor can easily cut the music to fit a scene. Broadcast Quality is needed (great sounding home recordings are fine). This company offers a NON-EXCLUSIVE, 50/50 split. You'll get 100% of the Writer's share. The Publisher will get 100% of the Publisher’s share. You must own or control your Master and Copyright to submit for this pitch. Please submit one to three Instrumentals Cues online or per CD. All submissions must be received no later than 11:59PM (PDT), Saturday, April 15th, 2017. TAXI # U170415CU

Nice Art! Congrats! I have a song with that same title... wonder how many others do, too? :)

Art, such a beautiful and beautifully constructed piece.
Congrats on a well-deserved forward.
I'm curious what the screener comment was.

Ha Art!

I get that a lot on forwards.
Would be nice if the screener told you what he liked about a piece.
But hey, they have to listen to a lot of submissions; and a forward is a forward.

Thanks Paul, Dave and Cass! It's the joy and wonder of what we all do...start with nothing and end up with something.

It also helped that I had watched Age of Adaline twice last week.
