Hello , The last six months I have been submitting to all kinds of listings, trying to find a comfortable genre. Being an old 1980's prog rock guy I thought it would be rock based, but I am having more luck with lounge , trip hop and tension underscore. What a trip it's been. I have learned so much from all of your posts, Thank you everyone. :D

TRIP-HOP INSTRUMENTALS are needed by a well-known, NON-Exclusive Music Library that gets a lot of placements in a variety of TV Shows, Films, and Commercials. They need Down-to-Mid-Tempo Instrumentals that would fit well on a playlist with artists like (but not limited to) Massive Attack, The XX, Morcheeba, etc., etc. Please listen to the following references to get an idea of what could work for this pitch: “Teardrop” by Massive Attack https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u7K72X4eo_s “Angels” by The XX: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_nW5AF0m9Zw “Big Calm” by Morcheeba (starting at :23) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jsWkPsVpe0Y Although the references have vocals, this request is for Instrumentals only. Please submit full-length Instrumentals (not structured like Cues) that have creative instrumentation, compelling arrangements, and engaging rhythms and melodies from beginning to end. Your submissions should have a unique beat with plenty of layers of ear candy throughout. Please make sure your overall production sounds slick, polished, contemporary, and not dated or stiff. If your Instrumental would help create a chilled out, trippy mood, you’re on the right track!
