Got my First Big Check Today from BMI

Yep i did it myself .Had one of my songs Placed on NCIS New orleans. 4th Quarter Royalties for a song o placed on NCIS Episode 77 last year.Publishing is even bigger check. Make sure you keep your publishing dont let anyone take that.
Heres The Tune That just made me money. Approved by the Supervisor himself.

Question: Why is your publishing payment an "even bigger" check than your writer's share? Publisher' share and Writer's share are equal (each 50% of the total pie).

snowmonster1 this is a very cool piece. Liked it. Did this get placed in a rather funny scene? Thats what i hear. Just testing myself here.
