ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTALS are needed for Corporate Videos by a very busy Music Library with a very long list of impressive placements in Film, TV, and Commercials. They’re searching for Mid-to-Up-Tempo Instrumentals that are in the general stylistic wheelhouse of the following examples:

Apple Watch – Rise

Volkswagen Touareg (2019) Technological Features

Galaxy S10: Official Introduction

Please submit slick and sophisticated sounding Electronic Instrumentals that could work well in the context of Corporate Videos – meaning that they’re primarily intended to be “wallpaper” in most cases.

• Electronic? Yes.

• Arpeggiated parts on top of pads? Check!

• Ambient, light, positive? Check, check, check!

Oftentimes, the music in Corporate Videos doesn’t have as much forward momentum or build up as one might hear in other types of instrumentals created for other uses, but there is some! We’ve also noticed that there’s a new trend in using pitched-up, trippy-sounding Non-Lyrical Vocal Samples in these tracks. But, as always, be careful to not overdo it!

Be sure your synth patches are all current-sounding and not dated.

Quoting the Music Library: “Writers should be aware that corporate video music doesn’t mean cheesy, low production values or bad MIDI sounds, of course!”

Our take: Send them sophisticated-sounding “wallpaper” that doesn’t really need to enhance an emotion so much as create a vibe and atmosphere. As is often the case, simpler may be better.

Your submissions should be at least 2 – 3 minutes long. Non-faded, buttoned/stinger endings are needed for this pitch. Do NOT copy the referenced examples in any way shape or form. Use them only as a general guide for tempo, tone, texture, and overall vibe. Broadcast Quality is needed.

This company offers an EXCLUSIVE 50/50 deal, and a 50/50 split for any applicable download fees by clients from their Library! Because this is an Exclusive deal, please be sure the material you submit for this pitch is NOT already signed with any other Libraries or Catalogs. You’ll get 100% of the Writer’s share, and the Publisher will get 100% of the Publisher’s share. You must own or control your Master and Copyright to submit. Please send as many Instrumentals as you’d like, online or per CD. All submissions will be screened on a Yes/No basis – Short critiques only. Submissions must be received no later than 11:59 PM (PDT) on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2019. TAXI Dispatch #D190402CF
