Hi all,

Firstly, I've read around the forum and absolutely love the community spirit. I'm a new member (two months old!) having got back into composing earlier this year. I've been lucky to have 12 forwards since joining which is an amazing feeling but I'm wondering about contact details. Does your email and phone number get sent along when a piece of music is forwarded? It just occurred to me as I haven't had to fill out any contact details and worried that I have made a mistake and can't be contacted! Apologies if this has already been answered, but I couldn't find the answer anywhere!

Congratulations! ... and YES, taxi sends your contact info along with your track when it is forwarded.

Yes but put them in the Mettadata as well just in case they get separated

Congrats!! That is an excellent track record so far, Pete!
TIP: Make sure to include your contact info in your mp3 metadata before you upload it to taxi. You can put the contact info in the comment section.
TIP2: If you've already uploaded/submitted, you can still go and edit that song, then replace the file with a new version (with your metadata). It might be too late for that one client but will be there for future submissions. As a backup, I'll sometimes include that stuff in the lyrics section too.
