Really excited that Scott Free and I had all four of the Christmas songs that we submitted forwarded! This is a direct to the music supervisor listing, so would be a cool placement!

Several ADULT CONTEMPORARY-Style CHRISTMAS SONGS with Male or Female Vocals are needed for some (up to) $3,000, Direct-to-Music-Supervisor placements in a NEW TV Series on a Major Streaming Service.
They’re looking for Songs in All Tempos with a vibe and sound that would feel at home on a Christmas playlist with these references:
“Underneath the Tree” by Kelly Clarkson
“Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” by Michael Bublé
“One More Sleep” by Leona Lewis
Quoting the Client: “Songs need to have a true Holiday mood and vibe that’s either joyful, romantic, and/or fun!”
Please submit ORIGINAL Adult Contemporary Songs that capture the true essence of the holiday season with engaging melodies and super memorable choruses. Your productions should convey a Christmas/Holiday mood, style, and vibe, and can include little Christmas-y accents like sleigh bells, glockenspiel, or tubular bells. Having solid vocal performances could also help you nail this request!
Lyric themes should be consistent with themes commonly heard in Christmas music. Non-Religious lyrics will probably work best in this context. Do NOT copy the referenced artists or Songs in any way, shape, or form. Use them only as a guide for texture, tone, and overall vibe. Broadcast Quality is needed.
The estimated license fee is (up to) $3,000 per placement. These will be Non-Exclusive, Direct-to-Music-Supervisor placements, so you’ll get 100% of the sync fee, you’ll keep 100% of your Publishing and Master ownership, and you’ll also get 100% of any applicable performance royalties. No Publisher splits! You must own or control your Master and Copyright to pitch for this opportunity. Please submit as many Songs as you’d like, online or per CD. All submissions will be screened and critiqued by a TAXI screener who was handpicked by the Music Supervisor. Submissions must be received no later than 11:59 PM (PDT) on Thursday, April 30th, 2020.
