30% Forward rate so far

Really enjoying everything I'm learning with taxi so far. I love the returns as much as the forwards as it guides me on what to do to become a much better producer.

Nice work Otis! Glad to see you are getting 'comfortable'. I feel like these tracks would be great for commercials, get them contracts baby!!

That's a decent forward rate, keep it up.
