Congrats Paulie. I submitted a couple too, waiting on the feedback at present. Perhaps I should have taken proven advice, carefully checked the brief and references and therefore avoided the high tempo heavy guitar power chords on this one (joking! Although a friend I was in a band with in our youth used to fall asleep listening to Metallica, seriously!) . I really enjoyed doing these. Felt really chilled, was much nicer to my wife and kids (not that I’m bad!, for the record! I love them to bits) and slept well too. Something’s in this meditation music. Might save a few speeding tickets on the bikes as well eh?

I got a forward on this as well! I submitted 2 tracks, both were forwardable, but I made a stupid rookie mistake on one of them. My file had 30s of dead space at the end… What a goof!! I don’t know how I let that through but obviously my “safety checks” need reviewing and tightening up.

In my experience you can either relax to music or concentrate to meditation, not both. Maybe you can now
