Got My First Sync Deal

Hey guys, I just got my first sync deal.
I already signed the contract with Spider Cues for a 50/50 deal but for future references. Do you guys negotiate the contracts that they send you?

Congrats ! I signed 20 cues with them between 2017- 2018 ...still hoping to land my first placement through them soon though
For info, Taxi ask not to name libraries in the forum as it might trigger folks to inundate them with unsuitable music so it might be an idea to edit your post. But no, it's usually a take it or leave it situation as libraries can't be negotiating deals on an individual basis.

Thank you! I'll know not to name drop from here on. Thank you for the advice and whoa you're a serious badass! I hope you get a placement with one of those. When you got your placements did you send them directly to the library or was it happenstance that the same library picked it up?

No it was through speaking with them directly.
