Brief: '80s-INSPIRED GLAM ROCK SONGS with MALE Vocals are needed by a Music Library with a great history of TV placements!

This Company is on the hunt for Songs that could work as a replacement for "Love's An Injection" by Hanoi Rocks:

"Love's An Injection" by Hanoi Rocks

They're NOT looking for clones or soundalikes! Similar tempo, style, and overall vibe? Yes. Clones? No!

QUOTING THE COMPANY: "We're looking for something similar to the reference in vibe, mood, and tempo."

Please submit '80s-inspired Glam Rock Songs with an exciting sound and style and lots of great guitar work! Your submissions should have powerful melodies, catchy choruses, bold guitar riffs, well-crafted lyrics, rockin' rhythms, and expressive, well-performed Male vocals. Instrumentation that's in the general stylistic wheelhouse of reference will suit your submissions best (think '80s-style guitar, big drums, rockin' bass, etc.). Please ensure any virtual instruments or samples you use are high-quality and genre-appropriate. If you have great-sounding vintage recordings (recorded back in the day) that match the vibe and style they are looking for, they would love to hear those as well!

Lyrics should avoid references to specific names, dates, times, brands, places, and profanity. Do NOT copy the referenced example in any way, shape, or form. Use it only as a general guide for tempo, tone, texture, and overall vibe. Do NOT submit any material with unauthorized samples of any other artists’ music, sounds, or any other form of media. Broadcast Quality is needed. Era-appropriate Broadcast Quality will work for vintage recordings.

NOTE: Having the instrumental version of your track is a big plus for this company! All you need to submit for now are the Full Songs with Vocals, but if the instrumental version is available, please have it on hand and ready to send at a moment’s notice if you get a call or email from the Music Library.

AI ALERT: This company does not accept or sign music that has been lyrically or melodically composed using generative AI, nor does it accept backing tracks, full instrumental tracks, or vocal performances created with AI.

This company offers a NON-EXCLUSIVE, 50/50 split. You’ll split any upfront sync fees 50/50. You'll keep 100% of the Writer's share. The Publisher will get 100% of the Publisher’s share. You must own or control your Master and Copyright to submit for this pitch. Please submit as many Songs as you’d like, online or per CD. All submissions will be screened and critiqued by TAXI. Submissions must be received no later than 11:59 PM (PST) on Monday, December 23rd, 2024. TAXI # S241223JC

Not sure what the screener means by "quirky rhythm guitars" (Bueller? Anyone??), but HEY!I will take the forward! After a little over a year of submitting on TAXI, and receiving 40 plus forwards? It is time to get some deals signed in 2025!!! Here is to 2025 Everybody! Happy New Year!
