INDUSTRIAL / ALT RAWK - forward!

Me and a couple buddies I grew up with in the Boise music scene made this song a few years ago. It's always been one of my favorite hard rock songs I've ever made - it has that 2000's industrial / nu rock sound, which I loved so much when I was listening to a constant stream of Marilyn Manson in the mid-2000's (hey, we've all had an era of life that might make you cringe now, lol). Plus, it gave me a great excuse to make a song with two great friends - can't beat that!

Anyway, this song just got forwarded. Two years later - HA!

Lots of INDUSTRIAL/ALT ROCK SONGS with MALE Vocals are needed by a Music Library with a ton of credits in Feature Films, TV Shows, and TV Commercials.

NOTEWORTHY: This Company has been hustling lately, and is consistently seeing some great placements! Now is a great time to build an ongoing relationship with a Company that's clearly on the rise and working hard to land some really great placements.

This Company is searching for Songs in the general stylistic wheelhouse of the following references we got directly from the company's CEO:

"The Hand That Feeds" by Nine Inch Nails
"More Human Than Human" by White Zombie
"The Beautiful People" by Marilyn Manson

IMPORTANT: This Company is open to both vintage material (recorded in the '90s or 2000s, give or take), OR recently recorded/produced Songs in the same style as the references. If you're submitting recently recorded material, please be sure to capture the overall sound, feel, and general style of the references.

Please submit original Industrial/Alt Rock Songs with an aggressive sound and lots of intensity! Your submissions should have dark (maybe even creepy) melodies, great guitar work, unforgettable choruses, hard-hitting rhythms, well-crafted lyrics, and loads of influences from the '90s and 2000s Rock scene. Rock instrumentation in the general stylistic ballpark of the references and other similar Songs will work best. Please ensure any virtual instruments or samples you use are high-quality, genre-appropriate, and realistic-sounding. Expressive Male vocal performances that capture the sound and energy of the era and style are key!

Wish us luck!

Nice one! It definitely has that NIN vibe, especially the verse.

Nothing better than stuff you've already done working well for a current listing! :D

Nice song, Matt! You nailed it. I jumped into this pool and mine was rejected for not having a strong enough vocal hook/performance.

Congrats Matt! That is a really cool tune, love the guitar work and vox are spot on. I'm definitely a fan of the genre and ya'll nailed it.

BTW, been using King-Queen-Jack-Ace on some cues this week - that is truly some awesome sauce dude!

Thanks everyone! Yeah, I wish there was more call for this kind of music in the TV world, because I'd love to make more of it, but alas..... seems not many TV shows want that gothic'y industrial metal sound for some reason, lol.

P.S. Michael - that's awesome about using the King, Queen, Jace, Ace arrangement. It's MONEY!!
