Hey I just got a couple forwards after a dry spell, it feels good to feel like I don't completely suck for a little bit haha = P

Grats to anyone else who was forwarded on this listing! I have never done this kind of music before really so it's new to me but I am enjoying it. haha I didn't even know who these bands were. I'm so lame = / hehe
INDIE, MALE, ALT ROCK SONGS with a POSITIVE/UP VIBE a la MGMT, Phoenix, etc. needed by a Boutique Publisher/Licensing agent with active placements both domestically and internationally. You retain 100% of your copyright ownership. They're looking for solid songwriting, strong lyrics and melodies that will enhance the energy and add atmosphere and color to a scene. Memorable hooks that grab the audience are a must. Songs must be 2:00-5:00 in length. Production and performances must be excellent and in the style of the artists listed. This is a very high bar, but a great opportunity for the best of the best. Broadcast quality needed (excellent home recordings are fine). Please submit one to three songs online or per CD, include lyrics. All submissions will be screened and critiqued by TAXI and must be received no later than Wednesday, September 29, 2010.
